Privacy policy

Briefsy (“we”, operated by AIQ Labs) watches public market signals for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the product, we never sell your data, and you can export or delete it at any time.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, and business details you enter during onboarding.
• Business monitoring data: public information about your business and the competitors you track — Google Business Profile listings, competitor websites, public reviews.
• Analytics data: if you connect your analytics (Umami), we query it via your API credentials; we do not collect visitor-level identifying data.
• Usage data: product usage counters needed to enforce plan limits.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal data.
• We don't collect personal data from your website visitors.
• We don't scrape private or non-public sources for competitor data.
• We don't publish or modify anything on your business profiles or website without your explicit approval.

Benchmarks

Local benchmarks are computed from anonymized, aggregated statistics (e.g., average ratings per category and city). Individual businesses are never identifiable in benchmark data.

Your rights
