These terms govern your use of Briefsy, operated by AIQ Labs. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Briefsy monitors public market signals (your Google Business Profile, competitor profiles, competitor websites, and public reviews), analyzes them with AI, and produces reports and recommendations. Briefsy observes and advises — it never publishes or modifies your assets without your explicit approval.

Accuracy & evidence

Every finding includes its evidence, source, and capture date. AI analysis can be wrong; treat recommendations as informed input, not professional advice. Metrics come from stored source data, and we distinguish clearly between observation and interpretation.

Acceptable use

• Use Briefsy for lawful competitive research on public data only.
• Don't attempt to identify individuals from review or benchmark data.
• Don't use Briefsy to generate fake reviews or deceptive content.
• Don't resell or scrape the service.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly plans cancel at any time; annual plans are refunded pro-rata. Plan limits (competitors, businesses, history) are enforced server-side and visible in-app.
